Thanksgiving Dinner to the less fortunate
Date: 11/22/07 Location: Crowell Recreation Center
PEEPS supported the Homer Feguson Foundation in providing Thanksgiving Dinner to the less fortunate. The organization provided over 20 youth volunteers and 5 adult volunteers to assist with this community service endeavor. Students engaged in serving, passing out fliers, delivering meals, and decorating the recreation center etc. The staff and students look forward to working with the Homer Fegurson Foundation again this Thanksgiving. PEEPS youth reports, " I really enjoyed volunteering in providing food for families. This is an experience that I will never forget."
